Privacy Policy

Primed Network is designed to analyse and visualise Wi-Fi networks on your Mac.

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. Most data created by Primed Network is stored locally on your device.

Primed Network may store the following information locally on your Mac:

• Survey files and measurement data
• Floor plans and imported images
• Access point locations
• Coverage calculations
• Application preferences and settings
• Window and workspace state

This information is stored locally unless you choose to save files to a cloud storage provider such as iCloud Drive.

Primed Network analyses information provided by macOS about nearby wireless networks. This may include:

• Network names (SSID)
• Signal strength
• Channels
• Frequency bands
• Security capabilities
• Access point identifiers

This information is used solely to provide network analysis and survey functionality.

If you choose to save survey files in iCloud Drive, Apple may synchronise those files between your devices in accordance with Apple's privacy policies and terms.

Recommendation Ventures Pty Ltd does not operate or control iCloud Drive.

Primed Network may support optional integrations with third-party AI services through technologies such as MCP (Model Context Protocol). If you choose to use these integrations:

• Data you explicitly provide may be sent to the selected AI service
• Processing is governed by the privacy policy of that service provider
• Recommendation Ventures Pty Ltd does not control how third-party AI providers use or retain data

Use of AI integrations is entirely optional. Primed Network functions without AI services.

If anonymous application analytics are enabled:

• Usage information may be collected to improve the application
• Analytics data does not intentionally identify individual users
• Analytics data is used to understand application performance, reliability, and feature usage

You may disable analytics where such controls are provided. If analytics are not enabled, no usage information is transmitted to us.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers.

Information is only shared when necessary to provide functionality you explicitly choose to use, such as optional AI integrations or cloud storage providers.

We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Primed Network is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
