of what today means.

A workout tells one part of the story. Sleep, recovery and your own feedback add context. Primed brings these into the coaching conversation.

How your data
informs coaching.

Understanding which platforms connect, what information is shared, and how Primed uses it helps you build a dependable training picture.

Can I connect Garmin?

Yes. With a free Primed account, you can connect Garmin Connect directly. Primed reads activities, heart rate, sleep and HRV data to inform daily training recommendations and load tracking, while you continue using your Garmin watch or Edge computer.

Apple Health as a first-class source

On iPhone, Primed treats Apple Health as a first-class data source. With your permission, Primed reads workouts, heart rate streams, sleep, and HRV. Multisport workouts (such as triathlons) automatically split into swimming, cycling, and running legs with transition details. Pool swims capture stroke count and SWOLF efficiency metrics, and workouts upload quietly in the background.

How Primed combines wearable data

Intervals.icu integration

Connect Intervals.icu to bring up to 180 days of non-Strava activity summaries and daily wellness (sleep, HRV, resting HR), your sport thresholds (FTP, LTHR, threshold pace), and calendar events into Primed with origin-aware deduplication, plus on-demand interval splits and telemetry streams during Coach conversations. When you opt in under Settings → Connections, Primed also publishes your planned structured cycling, running, and swimming workouts to your Intervals.icu calendar without ever modifying or deleting external workouts.

Primed MCP Server for AI assistants

Primed provides an official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://mcp.beprimed.ai/mcp. Authenticate once with OAuth 2.1 to let Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or custom AI agents safely query your canonical Daily Coaching Decision, training load (CTL, ATL, TSB), readiness state, upcoming 7-day schedule, and recent activity summaries—read-only and with zero split-brain divergence.

Does Primed connect to Strava?

Primed does not currently offer a direct public Strava integration. Instead, athletes connect their recording devices and health platforms directly—including Garmin, Wahoo, Intervals.icu, Apple Health, Oura, WHOOP, and Withings—which supply raw activities and overnight recovery telemetry.

Export structured workouts to Zwift

While Primed reads training from your connected hardware, it also exports structured cycling and running sessions directly into Zwift (.zwo format). With one tap from your Schedule or activity details, you get exact power targets (% FTP or watts), interval ramps, and timed coaching cues ready for your smart trainer.
