  • Garmin: Workout data, heart rate, training effect, activity summaries

  • Oura: Sleep scores, readiness data, HRV metrics

Automatically collected

  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Usage patterns and feature interaction data
  • IP address (anonymised for analytics)
  • Referral source and pages visited

3. How we use your information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: Provide personalised AI coaching, training plans, and performance insights.
  • Improvement: Analyse usage patterns to improve our service and develop new features.
  • Communication: Send service updates, support responses, and (with consent) marketing communications.
  • Security: Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Legal compliance: Meet our legal obligations under applicable laws.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • AI processing partners: Your coaching queries are processed by our AI providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic) under strict data-processing agreements. We do not send personally identifiable information where possible.
  • Infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting (Google Cloud), analytics (Google Analytics), and payment processing (Stripe).
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

5. International data transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU data transfers
  • Adequacy decisions where available
  • Service-provider certifications and compliance programs

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 30 days after deletion.
  • Early-access signups: Until product launch + 12 months, or until you opt out.
  • Usage metadata: 24 months for billing and analytics purposes.
  • Support communications: 3 years for quality and legal purposes.
  • Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default).
