Primed may receive information from connected devices and services that you authorise. Depending on the connected service, we may integrate with platforms such as:
- Apple Health
- Garmin
- Strava
- Oura
- WHOOP
The information received may include activity, workout, sleep, recovery, heart rate, HRV, readiness, wellness and similar metrics depending on the connected service.

Where reasonably necessary, we may automatically collect:

- diagnostics

- IP address where reasonably necessary

3. How we use information
We generally use your information for purposes such as:
- providing the Services
- generating personalised insights

- providing AI-powered coaching, personalised insights, conversational assistance and other AI functionality using your training, recovery, health and profile information where you have provided consent

4. AI processing
Primed offers optional AI-powered coaching and insights. AI features are only enabled after you have explicitly consented within the application.
When you choose to use AI features, Primed may securely transmit relevant information to the following third-party AI providers:
- OpenAI
- OpenRouter
OpenRouter is an AI routing platform which may securely route requests to supported AI models on our behalf.
Depending on your request, the information shared may include:
- questions and messages sent to the AI Coach
- training activities
- workout history
- sleep data
- recovery metrics
- readiness information
- health information
- fitness information
- profile information relevant to generating personalised coaching
- other information you have chosen to connect through authorised integrations
Only the minimum information reasonably necessary is transmitted in order to generate AI responses. This information is used solely for:
- generating AI coaching
- answering user questions
- providing personalised recommendations
- delivering AI-powered functionality
We require our AI providers to maintain privacy and security protections that are equivalent to those described in this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
You may withdraw AI consent at any time from within the application, after which AI-powered features will no longer process your personal information.
